Lesiba has twenty years of considerable work experience in mining industries, process chemical manufacturing, engineering design and planning, demonstrating a proven track record of achievement. He is a skilled entrepreneur who is affiliated with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACMPCP). He is a professional member of Project Management South Africa (PMSA). Lesiba served as an adviser to the MEC of Roads and Transport, a Non-Executive Director of Magalies Water, appointed by the Minister of Water Affairs, and was elected Chairman of the Technical Committee for Bulk Water Infrastructure Development in the Northwest Mining Areas. Currently enrolled in an Executive MBA programme at Henley Business School.
